Scroll bar issue on some websites When accessing certain websites, the scroll bar disappears (for me, it's on the right side of the screen), and it's no longer possible to view the page content, even using the keyboard's scroll keys.

While watching netflix, I randomly get error code F7361-1253 which prevents the video from playing. Can happen at any random time while watching. I have had firefox for years and have only got this issue in the past few months. It does not happen on other browsers like chrome.

I have tried disabling all extensions and troubleshoot mode, doesn't fix it. I didn't change any firefox settings since this started happening. DRM is enabled, widevine is the latest version, so is firefox, fully updated. I am using Windows 11 Home, 10.0.22631 Build 22631

These are the warnings I got in the console as soon as the netflix error pops up:

I have ffmpeg on my system and haven't touched it in a while.

I’ve encountered a problem with Firefox that it fills up the RAM memory to the brim (12Gb) and especially when you’re on Facebook, it doesn’t empty the RAM memory but the data remains, you have to close Firefox and lose your web page, it just fills up, Why, should it be like this, very annoying!!!? :flushed_face: //A-B/Sweden

Firefox updated itself, and re-opened without all my tabs from the previous session. That session isn't available in history. Is there any way I can get these back? All my work was organised in tabs.

Note there are no enterprise policies in place.

My folders with links have disappeared, but the links are all listed separately. I can't create new folders because it says I already have a folder with that name. But I don't see any Folders just all links.

While transferring data from the old profile manager system to the new one, I accidentally created one more profile than I needed. I have tried to delete the extra profile on multiple occasions, it won't go away. I have attempted to delete it through the profile management ui, and I went into the files and delete the associated data. On both occasions, the profile remained in the UI. I am unable to edit anything about the profile either. Is there anything I can do to resolve this annoyance?

When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

How to get rid of auto saved bad email addresses? Someone used my friends NAME but a DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS two or three times, and I accidentally pick the bad address & she doesn't get her email!!!! These addresses are Not in my address book, just in the aol drop down box.

When Firefox updated I only created a default profile and could not or did not import bookmarks. They seem lost now. I was offered to import from other browsers like Edge but did not see any way to import from my previous Firefox version. I am unable to find any automatic backups in bookmarkbackups folder.

I manually clear all youtube cookies. I have these youtube exceptions. After going to youtube, then checking "Manage Cookies and Site Data" I still see Firefox saved a youtube cookie.

if I had 30 bookmarks, there was no problem to sort all by name, if I´ve had 40 bookmarks I must sort it 3 times but then it works. But now I have more than 50 bookmarks and I testet it every update but it dosen´t work, why ?

In recent activity if I click the kebab menu and select Delete from history the thumbnail disappears to reappear again after a couple of seconds. Only after repeatedly clicking Delete from history the activity actually disappears.

Is this normal behaviour?

Tonight when I went to join someone else's Zoom and he (host) allowed me to share from my screen, an issue arose that I am baffled about. The message was: Your browser is preventing access to your share screen." My Browser is Firefox. and it is up to date. How do I resolve this? Thank you very much!

Very often, Firefox asks at startup: “Should I open Firefox every time I restart my computer?” I don’t need this function, how can I remove this request forever?

There are only two buttons: 1. Yes, open Firefox 2. Not now :(

I use Firefox on both my work and home computer as well as my Android phone. I have for years, and until I got a Surface 8 Pro with Windows 11 Home (in case that matters), the behavior across devices was generally consistent, especially after I created a profile and signed into it across all of my devices. Firefox on that device, though, has given me a couple weird differences/issues.

First, I've noticed that the pop-up blocker seems much more "sensitive" on my home computer than on any other devices. A link I click on on my home computer will trigger the pop-up blocker, whereas my work computer will just send me to the link. An example where I see a different behavior is on the Wordle home page: https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html. When I click the light bulb at the top on my home computer, the pop-up blocker is triggered, but when I do the same from my work computer, it just goes straight to the link that icon is for.

Now more recently, I've found that sound from a webpage (say YouTube) played on my home computer comes out of the speakers regardless of whether there's a device in the audio jack, which of course my work computer does not do. I've confirmed it's a Firefox problem and not a larger device problem, as other programs output to the audio jack when something is plugged in there just fine.

I've tried resetting my device obviously, and I've even tried doing a Firefox refresh, progressively deleting more and more profile information, and finally uninstalling Firefox completely, removing the Mozilla folder in %APPDATA%, and removing the registry entries that Revo Uninstaller identified, to try to make it as close as possible to the "factory" default, all to no avail.
