When trying to track an item on Fedex from Ireland, I get : Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later. This does not happen in Chrome: just a normal tracking result. What is wrong here? Kees L., Ireland.

Firefox updates use the term MSI, but never do you explain what that means. Come on guys step around the counter and act like a user. Not only what does it mean, but what are the differences between MSI and the download without MSI?

Hello there , I am trying to modify the menu-bar dropdown items when I hover over the list that opens with my mouse ( the dropdown list of any of Help , Tools , Bookmarks , History etc...). It is barely noticeable. I can hardly see the item chosen. I could use some help using the css. I am using FF93 and my platform is win7. Thanks look4

Gradually, the game Taonga Island became unplayably slow as you started insisting more often that I sync my accounts, mails, etc..

I will NEVER sync because I do not intend to give you in a neat wrapper what others pay you for, I want to remain anonymous as much as possible, and I certainly do not intend to give ANYBODY a neat package of linked and authenticated accounts etc. about myself. That is why I am not on FB, Twitter, LinkedIn etc etc..

STOP demanding I do this SYNC shit. Or I will tell everyone I work with, play with, etc to NEVER us any Mozilla products as sooner or later, they are going to blackmail you.

I've been trying to days to restore my settings and have followed all the prompts but Firefox is still disabling cookies. Anyone know of a fix that will restore back to initial setup? TIA

Just moved from a certain other browser and I'm still not familiar with the things here, is it possible to change the background for the default homepage? I know you can do it with extensions and stuff but I would prefer the default homepage to be customizable so it doesn't have more things to load when I launch the browser

Many times Firefox will give an incorrect security warning. This has been occurring for more than two years, across many websites/Firefox updates. Currently using Windows 10 and Firefox 97 (Firefox is set to clear all cookies/information when closing). EXAMPLE: Open browser (Firefox) and in the URL type the website (e.g. shrepc) Press CTRL + ENTER to auto-fill the URL Firefox displays message "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" giving the options to "Go Back" or "Advanced" At this point close Firefox. Open Firefox again. In the URL link type "www.shrepc.com" and press ENTER The website is displayed with no errors. Has anyone else experienced this?

I noticed the following message at the top of my browser settings page - "Your browser is being managed by your organization." Except, this is on my home computer and not being managed by an organization. Is my browser compromised?

The following was asked already and got a reply but did not help. I also had this problem and I fixed i very simple. The problem was, "WAV files unable to play within browser". What I did I went to Settings then applications in the search box I entered wav and the application can up and I changed the action to the player to use I chose Window Player and works perfect.

I'm no longer able to log in to the Fifth-Third Bank website using Firefox (Mac). It worked fine up until a week (maybe two) ago; now I get an error message. Safari still works OK.

When working in Ancestry.com I am having a problem when I try to upload pictures. I get a banner across the top saying my Local Storage is disabled. I have deleted history and about everything it has said to try but to no avail. This just started about 2-3 weeks ago. Before that it has always worked correctly. Not sure it this was due to Microsoft 11 loaded, newer version of Firefox or something. It is causing me to have to go to Google Chrome which has other issues with screen prints which work much better in Firefox. How can his be fixed.

Every time I start my Firefox it opens quickly but the certain website is opening for long time, from 2 to 4 minutes. I have made all the recommendation to improve the Firefox's performance.

Dear Firefox,

I have relied on your browser for years for business related research and might now be sorry that I ever did.

More specifically, my 300+ tabs are gone and when I tried accessing recently closed windows (in case of user error), they are not there either. To make things even worse, although it would be extremely arduous and time consuming/costly, when I went to check all history, my history now stops in August!!! I cannot even find my one tab extension to check from what point I might need to go back.

Is there anything you can please do to help or is all a lost cause with many hours of work gone and no real way to get them back?
