I cancelled and requested refund the day of subscribing VPN did not work with absolutely no support

Please refund both payments of 2 x $14.99 and cancel my subscription asap

I don't know if "Accounts" is the right category, but none of the other categories seem right either...

I try to submit ideas or comment on other ideas, but my ideas and comments never get reviewed. It's been three years and all of my ideas are still awaiting approval. How many years does it usually take for them to review your ideas? I see other people whose ideas were definitely reviewed and approved much faster, as some of them are commenting on recent updates that are less than 3 years old. The top idea right now was very clearly posted within the last week or so because it addresses the new Nova update that just wet out a couple days ago,

How do I get my Ideas to be reviewed? Three years seems like a really long time to expect people to wait. The program has been updated so many times within the last three years... I wated my ideas to be considered within the time-frame when they were relevant. Obviously.

Mozilla "help" says there's a link at the bottom of the page for that, but I see no such link. Mozilla "support" says it's based on how one created the account; I apparently used "Mozilla Account". I am currently logged into Connect and have been searching the entire site literally hours, between yesterday and today, plus browsing account settings, and found NO WAY to reset my password. Seriously. I started at "Email Settings", which anyone would expect to have reset there, as eMail is half of the login data, but no. Nothing clearly visible on any page anywhere in the menu at the avatar.

Everything here keeps saying go to "Mozilla Support" for technical issues, but going to "Support", I see they only support "products", and the web site ecosystem, say Connect, Bugzilla, and Support, are apparently NOT PRODUCTS OF MOZILLA. They have no entry in the product combo box and I either have to lie about the product, or get no support. How is that supportive? Lol

I'd like to request a refund for the Mozilla VPN I paid for. My Last bill was on September 25, 2026 in the amount of $59.88 + $3.83 tax. I won't really be needing it and I am OK with the built-in VPN on Firefox. I am within the 30-day money-back guarantee. Thanks.

I posted trying to understand why none of my Ideas have been reviewed and are still awaiting approval even after three years, and when I went to check to see if anyone had responed to the post, it says that the post doesn't exist. What happened to my post, and why do I have to wait upwards of 3 years to have my Ideas reviewed when other people have their ideas reviewed and approved immediately?

This request is regarding payments and billing. I am unable to successfully install the Mozilla VPN on linux, and I do not want to try again. My VPN subscription has been cancelled. It looks like "Link" has hijacked my credit card, it is listed as what will pay Mozilla VPN. How can I avoid this and pay you directly the way I've done from the beginning.

Asking because there was several attempted frauds on my CC the bank stopped. Original CC has been blocked and cancelled. Went to put new CC information in and find it will go to "Link". Please explain if you can.
