@msn.com ,Been using Firefox for over a decade . Love it . I use msn , gmail & yahoo for emails . Within the last month or so when using my msn mail I have to re sign into it repeatedly and most often when I try to send an email it says unable to send message at this time , try again later . My other emails work fine and when I use Microsoft Edge all my emails work fine including msn . I prefer Firefox but I need all my emails to work . I have signed out of everything and signed back in and cleared cache . Don't know what else to try and I'm not very computer savvy . OH , my msn mail also works fine from my iphone so it is MOST LIKELY an issue with Firefox but idk . If it helps or matters any I am on an HP laptop with windows 10 . Can you help me ?

I want to print out my login id's and passwords, but that means it has to be exported. FF wanted.either my Windows username and password or my Google.name and password, but neither worked. It seems silly that someone with access to my PC could.get my passwords one at a time, presumably focussing on financial accounts, but that I can't get.the.whole list to review and send to my next-of-kin and.executor. I had printed out a listing just a few months ago and did not.need any such additional security steps. I also wouldn't have opted in, if given a choice. What can I do to get access?

Today I used firefox on my PC, using duckduckgo. I searched "iKnee" which is a brand of knee massager. I found that site but also in the search results there were several offensive porn sites listed. The first time that's ever happened. Why has it happened this time? Can I prevent it happening again?

Recently. a strange thing is preventing Firefox from loading on to my desk top computer. I have two computers both with windows 7 pro; laptop in on wifi. Firefox is default browser on laptop and is working OK. The desktop also also has firefox set as default browser. Firefox has stopped working on the desktop; when any url icon (Firefox icon) is selected the following error message pops up: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

I have ran Avast deep scan virus check on both computers. I removed Firebox from the desktop, reinstalled Firebox, problem still present.(V 192.168.0.8404)

The desktop works ok if Seamonkey is selected as default browser,

Note: before reinstalling Firefox, I ran a virus scan of the firefox installer before reinstalling. Version of installer is:108.0.2.8404 and is 645KB.

I downloaded the latest Firefox updates this morning. Now my web cam (this to me is a plug in camera that I can move around will not work. I need this camera Now. I have to get some papers filed . Before anyone says anything about my terminology, I do not know and am too old to learn computer technology- I mean age,not attitude. Also I can't figure out how to turn the flash off; there is a little cut in slot to the left of the flashbulbs, does anyone know what this is; and is there an on/off on this camera. Haven't been able to find instructions for it. the slot is the only area I can see that may control something on the camera but I can't see anything that will move in the slot. appreciate anything anyone can tell me. Microsoft Help came up (automated) and when thru a number of tries to fix it and couldn't. I think it was the Firefox update that did it but do not know why or what to check to correct. I went thru all my settings.

I cannot access one particular website. Either error message 'timed out' OR 'problem loading page' appears. I have tried refreshing Firefox, and clearing cache. I cannot connect to the site on Edge either. Finally, I tried reaching the site NOT using the saved, Bookmark Toolbar. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I'm currently running into some speed issues with Firefox on my laptop. I run Windows 10 on my HP Pavillion Notebook, 64 bit, 8GB RAM. It has been very slow to load all pages for the past 2 days, despite no real change in routine.

My internet connection is fine however, and other browsers such as Chrome run very fast on my PC. I have my Firefox updated to the latest version, I haven't installed any new add-ons in a long time. Just gave my current ones a look and all seem fine. Can also run Firefox fine on phone, so the speed issue is strictly for Firefox on PC. I've restarted my laptop, router, run troubleshooting, and nothing is showing up.

Should I wait this out and see if it clears up on it's own? If so, for how long? And if not, what should I do to fix this? Please let me know if you have any new suggestions, thank you.

I've recently been opening Firefox to find that my tabs are missing - MIA. I haven't had any problem until recently. I am running the following version of Firefox: Firefox 108.0 (20221208122842) Details Installed on: December 13, 2022 at 2:47:02 PM Status: The Update was successfully installed

Unfortunately, when I did a search in help for tabs - the suggestions were above my pay grade. I tried some of the suggestions, but they didn't seem simple enough for me. I have so far submitted 36 crash reports and nothing happens. I have tried various suggestions and nothing works. The problem is very annoying as every time I type a a letter into the search bar, firefox crashes and asked to submit a crash report, which I did. I do like firefox but this is ridiculous. The issue i want to raise is sometimes when I open my business website I show a white blank website. Just the scroller appear on the left side and nothing else. I also tried to open using VPN but the same thing goes on. First i thought i have serve issue but everything is Ok from server end. Then i realize it may the mozilla browser issue which i am using so i decided to contact you.

Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps,but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox.When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this,don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. I was trying to customize the toolbar and I can't recall how, but I lost access to my extension shortcuts through the menu list button on the toolbar. I've been since trying to get the button back or replace it, to access my extensions that way but I'm not finding any options to get the button back which I find ridiculous because the button is very helpful on the toolbar in utilizing your extensions. I'm kind of a newbie so I'm looking for help in how to get the button back on my toolbar so I can utilize my extensions that way, please. Thanks.
