How can I automate actions such as opening a toolbar on a specific site?
What I want to do is show the bookmarks and bottom bar when I am on the new tab page? What addons would I need to go about configuring it to do that?

You could set the new tab page to a page that shows the bookmarks on the about:config page via the browser.newtab.url pref:
- chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul

Although this does solve my problem of not having easy access to bookmarks with my configuration, I'm looking for a general purpose trigger addon to show the actual bookmarks/addon bar.
