This phone is garbage I can't believe I was suckered into thinking it was better than my cheap cricket Android phone... It really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You Cant do anything with it. I cant customize my ringtones. cant get my contacts. Cant even send or receive a picture!!!! cant get a sms messenger app.. Oh ya did I say IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you are having trouble with FirefoxOS. We are continually working on improving the experience (customizable ringtones is coming soon for example) and we have an update that is landing anyday that will help improve the experience alot. Are there specific things that you are having trouble with? we'd love to help
why isnt there an sms app mutimedia app for texting and sending pictures?
This phone hasn't lived up to anything... you can go buy a $30 dollar phone that does more and works better...
Multimedia sms will be coming in the FirefoxOS 1.1 update, which is starting to roll out to various phones soon.
Firefox OS is still in it's early stages and it's target it for 3rd world use. As Tyler said multimedia SMS is coming out in 1.1. We are working on making custom ringtones possible.
