Need to use Web-X Plug In for remote comp use-Web-X won't load?
Have been using Quickbooks, connecting to remote computer for years, just this month QB directs that a "Plug In" is needed from WEB-X. I download the program and can not connect to the Remote Computer?

hello, in case the plugin got missing after you've updated firefox to version 21 please try this: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named plugins.load_appdir_plugins. double-click it and change its value to true (a restart of the browser might be necessary afterwards for the change to take effect).
