Help! I am unable to even download Firefox. The "run" window never opens when I click the download link.
I am currently using Internet Explorer Version 8.0.6001.18702IC on my PC desktop, and want to switch to Firefox. I have clicked the download link in several places with no result at all

Don't try to run the Firefox installer directly, but save the file to the desktop and start the installation with a double-click.
You may need to disable your anti-virus software temporarily if you still have problems.
