I am having frequent random lags and unpredictable crashes.
Recently reinstalled 10, and have tried deactivating add-ons, but must keep one (leapforce) for work. I was trying to use your troubleshooting guide advising to check my profile after accessing troubleshooting info and "opening the containing folder", unfortunately, every time I try to view my profile I get the following error message: "Class not registered". I also recall having seen this message in other scenarios, such as attempting to open files or photos since I have started having issues. Additionally, anything involving flash, such as videos or video games either won't play or crashes. This is getting frustrating. Please help! :)

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
