After the update, when I copy from the address bar, http:// is not copied as well if I have edited the address bar. It only copies after loading the location. Is there anyway to make this work like it did before?

I am web developer working at an email marketing firm, wherein I have to upload and link a lot of different items. Normally I will upload something (say, an image) and then go to a tab I leave open with the first portion of the URL already there (ie: http://mozilla.com/). In that tab I type in the directory and filename I will need (images/picture.jpg) and copy the url right from there. This would give me the whole URL (http://mozilla.com/images/picture.jpg) before, but now it leaves out the http:// (mozilla.com/images/picture.jpg)

Is there any way I can change my settings to make this behave the old way? It helps me a lot to be able to set up the whole link in Firefox and just copy it. Thanks!

I found the value in about:config to fix this. Change browser.urlbar.trimURLs to false. Hope this helps.
