When I press on a link to Firefox, most of the text comes up as dots.. like quotation marks. I can read this text but often when I receive an email and the link is to firefox, this happens. Sometimes it seems the larger print is correct, but the smaller print is just dots and I do not know how to correct this problem.

Make sure that you use the correct encoding like UTF-8 or Western (ISO-8859-1) and not a UTF-16 encoding.
