Is SOE Web Installer incompatible with Firefox? It used to crash the entire Firefox, but now it just crashes well, itself, and keeps doing it repeatedly. I submitted some crash reports, too. I'm trying to patch DC Universe Online through their website directly, and although it allows me to open the page and installs the plugin, it just crashes.

Is this a Firefox issue or a SOE issue? Should I contact them instead?
