Web sites I use all the time are having trouble in completing page transitions. I am involved with those sites and know this is not a problem with their servers. This coincides entirely with transition to 5.0 Graphics with motion to them, a flicker, a simulation of a neon sign with 'chaser' lights will not work any more on web sites where they normally do. Downloads from backups of web sites will not download continuously. They hang '''unless''' I continuously move the cursor. Action is not smooth as the cursor movement is not perfectly uniform. It is like a child that looses attention and you have to keep tapping them on the hand or something to keep them focused on the task at hand. You have a bug in the new version 5.0
