this balloon popped up about when my Yahoo home page finished loading on the first restart after installing Firefox 4. it has an X to close it as well as a button for saving to only this computer or one for saving it to my Yahoo ID. none of the buttons will respond and this balloon covers an annoying amount of the screen by staying on top of any and all pages I go to.
