firefox on terminal servers with roaming Profiles

more options

I am interested if there is a global Problem with Firefox on terminal Servers with roaming Profiles. On our Servers we have the problem, that when someone is watching a video on Firefox the screen of another user turns black. After restarting the audio process everything is working well again. Now, when I watched this error up a lot of users write that this an error of Firefox and they switched the browser. I like Firefox and the focus on privacy and open source I do not want to switch my customer to another browser. Is there any Issue like this public and is there a workaround for that? At the moment, I cannot say if the error is related to Firefox so do not dig to deep.

We're not aware of this particular problem. Is this something we could setup locally to try to recreate?

I think this would not work, you would have to setup a terminal Server enviroment with 50 Users and try to play a video.

Can you provide more details about operating system and things like that?

Yes, we use virtualized Windows Server 2012 on a ESXi Host. For load balancing we are using VMware Horizon. We use rooming Profiles for each of our User. The complete Server Environment is in our Datacentre, so the User uses VPN to connect over the WAN. Thanks for your help!
