I’ve been hacked. Not sure if it came from an Apple store app or from surfing. He’s everywhere now on my phone. I don’t know if I should attack it one piece at a time. He’s using browser spyware, smart caller to spoof phone calls & god knows what else. He’s taken over my FB identity, selling things to y friends & family, I think collecting for fake charities. Uses an app to change FB pw, trusted contacts, etc. immediately after I do, hes sending me fake emails from FB. He’s on every web browser. Changed my settings at will. Should I just log out of every account. Wipe the phone, login somewhere else, & reset all passwords?

On an iOS device, it is highly unlikely you have malware due to the more restrictive "sandboxed" nature of the operating system. Therefore, there is no legitimate need for a virus scanning application on your iPhone or iPad. If you access a malicious website or pop-up, simply close the tab.

This raises the possibility there is malware on your Mac or Windows computer[s]. Please have a look at the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware for further information. Note: Not all antivirus programs detect the same threats, so it is a good idea to run a full scan with more than one program to be sure it is clean. All of the programs linked in that above article are free, although there are premium versions. You are fine with the free version.

On Windows, I recommend Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. On Mac, Malwarebytes.

After there are consistently zero threats detected, change all your passwords. I would also recommend turning on two-factor authentication for your accounts, such as for Facebook and your email provider (Google). Turn it on for your Apple ID as well.

This isn't so much of a Firefox question. I recommend reaching out to Facebook, Apple, or your email provider if you need further assistance securing your account.
