How can I get from 57 back to the old firefox that looks Internet Explorer.

How can I get from 57 back to the old firefox that looks like Internet Explorer. I ABSOLUTELY hate the new Chrome look that does not provide the File, Edit, etc menus. This new version reminds me of Andy Cap's assessment of modern art: "...a product of the untalented, sold by the unprincipled, to the totally bewildered." The new 57 pretends to meet the KISS principal but it's "simplicity" is an abject failure; the lack of menu options actually deminshes it's former utility.

Let's start with the Menu Bar.

To turn different bars on and off, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and select the desired bars there:

  • right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
  • (menu bar) View > Toolbars
On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily.
  • in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)

To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar, Menu Bar, or other bars, click it on the list.
