i have purchased and downloaded Panda AV. Despite advice from their support team I get error message 0xc0000022 and it doesn't start. what can I do?

I have Panda AV for a couple of years and have renewed this year but following the download firefox won't start. I get the message that it was unable to start the application and the error message above. Would be grateful for advice.
