I lost power for 5 minutes.. When it came back on Windows live 2012 was hosed. Removing it and re-installing it did not help. I had been backing up my mail using Mail Store. I exported the latest one to T Bird and had the problem described in my questionthat follows:. I moved Win Live backed up email folders using MailStore, and all except one folder had the subfolders all merged into the parent folder or lost. Is this normal? I like T Bird but I need the sub folders. In one section of the folders I was able to drag and drop a folder into another thus creating a sub folder. I need to do this to a lot of other folders. I would really like to get T Bird to work as Ialso have heard that Windows Live has not got long to live.
