You don't need to translate THIS article for the "Klar" product, because it is needed for the German locale only, so you can simply ignore it. Background: For legal reasons we cannot use the product name "Focus" in Germany, therefore the product name was changed to "Klar" for German speaking countries. As a result it requires separate articles ("twin articles") which don't use the name "Focus", neither in the title nor the text. Those articles also have their own separate breadcrumb "Klar" instead of "Focus".
