I'll be watching a video and it will be playing properly at regular size, but when I try to watch it in full screen, all I get is a black screen. I can still hear the audio in full screen, but can't see the video.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
