After logging in as usual to TalkTalk webmail I noticed that all the e-mail folders had gone and a message stating that I had undefined messages in my inbox. 

Unable to access contacts, inbox, or any other sub-routines.

This problem is on a computer using XP, another computer using Windows 7 works OK.
