Can't answer incoming google voice call on computer: FF ESR, Win7

FF ESR 52.1.0.32 bit, Win 7 home premium. I changed from FF to FF ESR to allow Google voice to work several months ago and it did work. But now, when computer Google voice phone rings there is no longer a green "answer box" to click on to allow answering the incoming call. This problem does not occur if I use Internet Explorer to log onto my GMail/google voice account.
