Trying to reset Tool bar which is totally missing. View, Navigation, Bookmarks, History etc. is gone. Tried twice to reset the toolbars in Safe Mode and even rebooted as per your instruction on the website. No response. Now I can't get out of Safe Mode even after rebooting. sigh.
