Image goes to full page which blocks my toolbar across the top of the screen. Pressing escape does't help!!!!
A friend sent me a video. While I was watching it, it went to full screen. I kept pressing the escape button but it did nothing! I desperately need to get this problem resolved ASAP. Please note that I'm on a2007 i MAC so I don't have all of the latest "bells and whistles"! Please help me get this resolved!!!!! Thanks!!

Were you watching this in Firefox, or a viewer?
I was watching it in Foxfire.
Please call me We can get this solved much faster that way.
I can't stay on the computer for long because I have to leave for my job in 12 hour!!!!

Will someone from Foxfire PLEASE get back to me!
I would prefer a phone call...would call you but you don't have a customer support phone number...you really should!!!
I can't sit at my computer all day waiting for an e-mail reply.
I have to leave for work by 12:30 PM and need to get this problem rectified today.
Hi, you may be in full screen mode: Point to the top of the screen, then right click > Exit Full Screen Mode. Or press Cmd+Shift+F.
If that doesn't help, try restarting Firefox.
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
NOTHING IS WORKING!!
IF SOMEONE FROM MOZILLA WOULD CALL ME I'M SURE THE PROBLEM CAN BE RESOLVED! I CAN'T DEAL WITH ENDLESS E-MAIL MESSAGES NECUASE NONE OF THEM ARE HELPFUL.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF MOZILLA HAD A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!!
Please try pressing your f11 button Hope this helps :)
Ignore the previous reply. Is your browser window in full screen or the entire desktop screen?
It's the entire desktop screen!!!! Bummer!!!
With Mac OS, you should be able to go back to a normal screen by pressing Cmd-Shift-F. Otherwise, you could try the trick suggested here with xulstore.json rather than localstore.rdf (use the suggestion at the bottom of the page). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/958762 To prevent something from forcing Firefox into full-screen mode, you can change the setting in about:config for "full-screen-api.enabled" to false.
On Mac you can toggle Full Screen mode via Command+Shift+F, but that only works if a plugin doesn't has focus.
While I appreciate all of the feedback I'm STILL in fullscreen mode!!! This is a disaster as it's preventing me from writing and posting several important press releases as well as taking care of other business matters!
Once again..I have a 2007 iMAC. Is there anyone out there who is familiar with this computer?? Is there ANYONE from Mozilla Customer Service who can finally respond to me??? I really do wish that you had a CS phone number for your subscribers to use!!!!
