Since resetting or refreshing Firefox, my entire computer has become slow as molasses in the dead of winter in Vermont.

My computer was running a LITTLE slow & I had got a pop up suggestion several times over a period of about 3 moths. I decided to try refreshing or resetting (not sure what the tab said).

I don't know what happened, but my computer is nearly unresponsive now, including applications such as Word. I'm afraid to try anything else & am not sure if going back to the last "back up" would fix the problem or make it worse. There is no phone number to call for help & I shouldn't have to pay $100.00 to have someone fix the problem created by Firefox.

Please do the following:

Click on the Windows icon 'Start' (bottom-left) and in the right column, bottom, click on Run. Enter in:

<center>DxDiag /64bit</center>

...Wait until the green bar loads and disappears, then click "Save All Information".
