Bookmarks Don't Sync
The two desktop computers involved both have Windows 10; but one doesn't sync the firefox bookmark toolbar, save for a single corrupt [empty] folder.
I've tried all your pertinent suggestions. And even deleted the Firefox 'Profile Folder' & uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox itself -using both RevoUninstallerPro & Geek Uninstaller- a number of times, w/ these exact same [attached] results, each & every time.
I'm afraid of losing my one & only good copy [of hundreds] of bookmarks!
FYI, the Firefox Start Page URL & 'Download Firefox' links are now all blocked, by Vipre Anti-Virus.
And BTW, this upload button freezes, ad infinitum. (So I can't upload said screenshots).
What's going on? & how does one fix stuff like this? before life itself vanishes into Cyberspace, w/ my bookmarks & all!

First make a back up of the copy of your bookmarks. Second if you would like to troubleshoot syncing bookmarks try to sync them with the copy to get an idea of how it syncs.
I had to back up my only good copy (of my bookmarks) & transfer that file -with a thumb drive- to the other computer; then I restored said [2nd] browser's bookmarks. Thanks!
