error message with profile
for the past 3 days I have spent 8 hours on the Firefox support page my problem is after restarting my computer for about 30 to 60 minutes Firefox will stop loading pages and then I have to close Firefox to restart it and a message pops up saying Firefox is already running but is not responding the old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window i get the option to close fire fox or cancel closing fire fox brongs up a new error saying your Firefox profile cannot be loaded it may be missing or incompatible. I have already deleted my profile we made a new one uninstalled Firefox completely updated plugins everything nothing seems to workand Firefox is the only thing I'm having problems with my even tried Internet Explorer and that worked fine I would really like some help on this

Hi puppet555, It may be that the old profile is still loading by default. If you have created a new profile, it is possible to select the new one with the Profile Manager?
If this is an error for Android, I noticed you reported it from this device what steps are being taken on this device?
Do you have the Firefox icon on your quick launch? Right click on it, and select Open New Window. Sometimes this works. If it opens, close it by Menu > File > Exit.
