Enabling the Flash Plugin changes my PageUp and PageDown keys to Forward and Back.

When the Shockwave Flash plugin is loaded (when I come across a flash object), my PageUp and PageDown keys stops working and instead becomes Backward and Forward keys for browser navigation. After I try to disable it from the Add-on Manager, then it does not present any issues - the PageUp and PageDown keys work again.
