Mozilla account?. There is no accounts you use to install extensions in Firefox.

You mean you are trying to install the PC Matic Adblocker extension on the Firefox web browser?.

That is up to the Addon developer to address Addon issue not Firefox forum as that is 3rd party apps to support.
