Mozilla VPN
Hi, I installed Mozilla VPN in April but after a few days I decided to discontinue using the service. I cancelled the subscription. However I haven't received a refund but I was also charged twice for the subscription. I can't access a VPN account as it doesn't exist. I can't cancell the subscription as I'm not a subscriber. Would you please advise on what steps I need to take to stop being charged for cancelled service?

You can send us a refund request by logging in to accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to Contact Support.

Would you be able to tell me where I can find "subscriptions"? There is a list of "Connected Services" but there is nothing which would allow me to "manage" any of them.
