I'm a web developer working for the public radio show This American Life. We have a web audio player on the website and recently I noticed it stopped working in Firefox. Looking closer at the issue, I realized that Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking one of the scripts (pdst.fm - Spotify). Because ETP is turned on by default, I'm hoping there's a way to help bring this part of the site back to functioning without bypassing the Spotify script, as currently that's out of my power. Any help would be appreciated.

So I just changed hosting companies and now I can't access ANY of my emails in Thunderbird to change my incoming and outgoing server settings because the failed login messages keep coming up so fast I can't get past them. I can't be the only one who's ever had this happen. Is there a workaround?

Your SparkPost account is configured correctly. I recommend contacting Mozilla Thunderbird support to see where you can enter the required fields in their SMTP client to connect to SparkPost. You can see the full client configuration steps here: https://developers.sparkpost.com/api/smtp/
They should be able to prove the steps to get these settings configured in their SMTP client.

Greetings: This is the third time that I am contacting you about not being able to receive any e-mails. Thunderbird is the only one that I use and haven't been able to receive any new e-mails for the past week or so. You notified me that my account had been compromised or words to that effect, and that I needed to create a new password. I did this(with a bit of difficulty) and still have no new e-mails coming in to this account. I did try to SEND an e-mail out, and at first it stopped me for my NEW password. I gave it, and it then allowed the e-mail to go out just fine. I sent one or two more since then and they too seemed to have worked fine. For some unknown reason though, I STILL am NOT receiving any new e-mails. Can you please help me with this problem? NOTE: As I am STILL NOT able to receive any e-mails, would it be possible for you to send me any possible solution for this problem via my regular USPS mailing address? Overnight, I suddenly cannot send emails. I keep getting an error code AUP #OUT-1500 that says: "The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. " But I have changed nothing. Everything worked fine Thursday when I went to bed; got up Friday unable to send. I can receive all day. And I can send using my provider's website, but I'd rather use Thunderbird as usual. What the heck just happened? None of the Support suggestions work. Thanks for any wisdom you can impart!

I'm experiencing an issue with my website's compatibility with Firefox. website My website, which provides online educational resources and tools, is not displaying certain interactive elements correctly when accessed through Firefox. These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this compatibility problem? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

As of a few days ago whenever I start Firefox the window appears with the Bookmarks sidebar panel already opened. I click the "X" on the sidebar and it will close - until the next time I start Firefox. If I choose Menu->View->Sidebar->Bookmarks and uncheck it the panel will close - until the next time I start Firefox. No matter how the Bookmarks sidebar is closed, it will always reappear when Firefox is restarted. Even if I switch to some other sidebar, Bookmarks will replace it on startup.
I've searched about:config and found no setting which seems to control sidebar behavior on startup.
I assume this is the result of some recent update. Is there no longer a way to permanently disable the Bookmarks sidebar?

v115.10.1 32-bit Changed isp and email completely, and wanted to change both server name and user name. But editing server name and leaving that field I get a popup wanting to restart - problem is I need to change user name as well or no go
So it starts to try and login but fails of course, since user name need to change too.
This really need another approach, maybe not so automatic.
Changing focus from first field to next one should not execute restart. - just when leaving second field if any of first and second is changed
So going through all accounts and failed logins etc all the way is cumbersome. - dual restarts every account

Hi I shop online with Sainsburys. Until about a month ago everything was working fine but now when I make an order or amend the existing order the email from Sainsburys does not come in. I have the email 'service@sainsburys.co.uk in my address book both on Thunderbird and Talktalk. Now, I changed my email address with Sainsburys just to see what would happen and the shopping order confirmation email came in fine but if I use my normal email address nothing is getting through by email. Sainsburys have offered some advice to no avail so now I ask you - how can I get back my emails coming in when I order from Sainsburys? May I add that the Tesco site works fine. I wonder if it is from the 'glitch' sainsburys had a few weeks ago when all orders were deleted etc? Thanks for any help at all. Regards
Despite setting Firefox to stick to the system theme, it is ignored. It changes the theme arbitrarily.
