Installed latest version of Firefox as administrator. Latest version appears installed for that account. Other users account shows older start-up page and a message that latest version not installed. Occasionally a dialog box on desktop indicates that latest updates cannot be installed and to make sure that no older versions are installed. No older version found. Program list shows latest version.
