With Mozilla VPN, is it possible to use Tor Browser, or any other Tor-based browser, to access and browse the Internet? Some VPNs prohibit Tor Browser, and Tor-based solutions, from being used with their VPNs.

Why does Firefox purposely choose to alienate their Android users by not allowing them to choose their own home screen. The Firefox web browser on Windows does.

As much as I distrust Google as a company and avoid using their products (as much as convenietly possible), I am very comfortable using their search engine and comfortable seeing a Google homepage with the Google search bar.

Firefox doesn't even give me the courtesy to: 1) know or understand which search engine I am using when I am on the "forced" Firefox homepage, or 2) set my own homepage. Therefore, I have to ensure the cursor is in the "search/web address" bar, start typing "google", and hit enter in order to get to the familiar Google homepage of which I am comfortable. I hate that Firefox forces me to do that!

Otherwise, I like using the Firefox browser as an alternative to Google. Nonetheless, it's your company and you can do what you like, but as soon as I come across an alternative browser that allows me to adjust it's settings to my preferences, it's adios MFr's to Firefox.

FYI, I would LOVE to meet the decision maker at Mozilla that OK'd this change and listen to him/her/they hem, haw and double-speak through their ridiculous justification. Another thing, while I'm at it.... Exactly, when did it become a better idea for companies (challenging the industry leader) to alienate their users?

I think it was the update to 1:15, but I'm not certain when the search engines I had disabled were unable to again. I don't understand why I can't delete, for example, Bing and eBay which I will never ever use, but to have to disable them adventuresjust because I update Firefox, seems ridiculous.

I use the Firefox password manager build into the Web browser app on android.

Sometimes the autofill doesn't work on some apps/webservices so I need to manually copy the password across.

Since you stopped supporting lockwise, this is a massive pain, I need to click through many menus, and once I change screen the vault locks again meaning it's very cumbersome to copy a username and password.

Is there a shortcut to access the password vault directly? Is it possible to add a widget that launches straight into the vault in the browser?

Hello, on my new powerfull Poco X5 pro, Firefox get often stuck, remaining in white page or in the previous page, and I often need to close the tab and reload the desired page in another tab.

I noticed that this happens often (always??) when clicking a ling in other apps (Firefox is the default browser)

Any idea what's happening here and how to get back my beloved fox?

There used to be an optio open in app option under 3 dot menu right hand corner but after updating to latest version it has gone.

I need that option badly. Please help getting that back I don't want to clear data or uninstall as it will completely ruin many settings logins layout ETC it will be chaos for me

Please allow force-enabling of the "Open in App" button on all domains.

The cause of my asking this is that YouTube no longer has this option. Presumably because they explicitly disallowed this. I want my end-user control over this back. To note, reddit still has this option.

So my request is to add a toggle to force this button to appear on all domains, if at all possible.

I cannot upload any file, neither images nor documents. After selecting a file for upload the download/upload speed is reduced to less than 1KB/s and that's it. I still can send emails with huge attachments without any problem.

I was told to post this here so someone could look into it. I use the Dark Reader Addon, which seems to be the only dark mode add-on for Firefox, but lately it is causing issues with simple scripts on websites, namely the "read more" button on pretty much every news article. The button is just completely unresponsive unless I disable Dark Reader. Very frustrating as bright white backgrounds strain the eyes and dark mode really helps.

I posted a review directly on the Dark Reader Addon page as well.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 running Android 13.

It would be nice if dark mode capabilities were standardized and built into the app/websites instead of needing special workarounds like add-ons.

Duck Duck Go list of search results has missing text and blank space, for example. Same missing text happened with earlier version of Firefox but is worse with this version update. Have Motorola moto 6g play phone.
