I can't open about config

I can't open about:config. I keep getting a message saying "Connection is not secure, clear cookies and site data" but I can't clear cookies. Please help.

where is the Firefox browser?

I just installed Firefox and don't see a browser anywhere. I'm not good with these things. Please help.

how do I fix other site login issues

At Specific Sites I visit a lot, how do I fix them to stop asking for verification code? I don't know how it got changed but it's really exasperating.
