Since the last update the Android status bar (top bar with the notifications, time, WiFi, battery info, etc) disappears when start browsing in the light mode. When launching the Firefox app everything is OK but as soon I start browsing the icons on the bar just turn white. ( Please see the images below) Before the last update it worked well. Any suggestions to solve this issue?

I've been a long time Firefox (and Navigator before that) user in all platforms, so it's only natural I'm using it on mobile.
When visiting theguardian.com, firefox freezes, stops rendering and causes the whole phone to stutter.
Procedure: - visit theguardian.com - scroll the home page, open some news in tabs - try scrolling further down and/or switching to tabs with news
What happens: - guardian home page, as well as other pages stop rendering and are blank above and below the viewport (see attached screenshots includ9ng screenie of this page. yes, I'm writing this again, had to kill FF) - tabs with news don't render at all (are blank) - when minimizing firefox, whole phone stutters. - usually, after some minimizings and maximizings, firefox renders ONE news tab. - sometimes only killing FF helps
The phone is fairly recent with the latest Snapdragon 8 and 12 gigs of ram.

I recently applied to transfer colleges and some of them had an application portal. When I click a link on mobile and the destination needs me to sign in to an account to access it, Firefox keeps automatically directing me to sign in to this one portal account instead of my regular Google account. This only happens on mobile. I can't figure out how to stop it.

I have to either open another tab and switch back to the the website for it to render or minimise Firefox, open another app and switch back. Once the website is showing, the session gets normal and i dont see the problem till i exit the browser. This has been happening only after the update. Any clues please how to resolve this?

I tried other browsers and they returned English with or without the VPN I'm on the latest release. My Android version is 12. My tablet is SM-T860. Not sure what to make of this. Any thoughts?
