Lost my tabs and bookmarks

I updated Firefox browser on my android yesterday and now all of my tabs, bookmarks and history are gone! Wiped away. Any way to get ANY of those back again? Thank you… (மேலும் படிக்க)

All of my saved passwords gone. (NOT. AFTER AN UPDATE.)

Decided to check my passwords for something because I forgot it. List was completely empty.. Search bar not working (tried just in case), When using saved passwords autofill out of Firefox app it said 'you have no saved passwords with firefox' or something similar I'm on an android phone right now. Can't currently check if they are also gone on laptop.

Don't know what to do. Other posts were not helpful
