Suddenly stopped receiving emails on my blueyonder account 6 days ago. I can receive them fine on my iphone and ipad and with virgins web mail site but nothing on Thunderbird. It keeps asking for my password but does not recognise anything that i type in. Also will not send from blueyonder. My gmail account works fine. Please help

I have 3 user accounts,Admin,Guest and Visitor.The Admin User account has updated successfully from version 113.0 to Version 120.0,the latest version.When I tried to update the Guest Account and the Visitor Account from version 113 to version 120 I got a notification "Firefox cannot update automatically,download the latest version"but I already have the latest version downloaded in the Admin account.When I checked in Programs there is one Firefox icon version 120.0 and two other icons 113.0.

Somehow, for some pdf files, the font looks very weird as in the following image. When I open the same website with other browsers like Brave it looks normal. It also becomes normal when I download it and open it with pdf reader. So this is basically a font issue. Any solution?

Why is when I leave multiple windows open with multiple open in the windows, the next I go to look for the window it's closed. Sometimes it happens when Windows updates, sometimes it doesn't.

Why I'm asking this question here is ridiculous! I never get an answer. Anybody else had a issue with this? Is there a Browser that doesn't do this, I'm fed with FireFox!!

Hello! I'm on Windows 11 and when trying to update QBittorrent, if I download the last setup.exe from it's official source with Firefox, the file won't open. No error message, no crash, nothing. No amount of double click or "run as admin" will get it to budge. I've had the problem with the last three versions of QBittorrent.

However, when I download the same .exe from the same website with Microsoft Edge, it runs like a charm and I'm able to update QBittorent.

What's weird is that it's not even consistent; I always get that bug with QBittorrent but the other .exe files I downloaded run just fine. I only use Windows Defender for malware protection and it doesn't see the QBittorrent file as a menace. I tried downloading the file to another location than my desktop but the issue persists.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I have used Firfox for many years as my main browser...I just upgraded to Sonoma on two Macs and Firefox is nu-useable on both... I waited for the new update and somethings were working but still can not depend on the browser to work... Can you help...?

Thanks guys for screwing up my day with your latest update. I used to be able to download a .pdf and opening it in my ,pdf reader. I NEED to do this for tax reconciliation purposes. Now your crappy program has decided to open .pdfs in itself and I cant get a downloaded copy any more. What the hell was the programmer thinking? Yes I have gone to Applications and checked that it is set to my .pdf reader. Please fix this before I get fined by the tax office.

I've lost all my open tabs....and I can see them in history, but when I open any historical item,...it loads it over the top of the only open tab I now have...as a result I only have one tab. Its a mess what have you done?

I don't know what is the issue and why the texts are not showing but it's been a big hassle.

As I said in the Subject I just bought Total AV this month, now its disabled on Firefox. Is this a permanent action? or is this a temporary action? How can/will I get my Antivirus back in action on Firefox?

I have been using firefox mozilla to access our company EPM system for 3 years. It has been working fine but lately after I installed the latest firefox mozilla version, the horizontal scroll bar disappear in search results in the EPM system.

This did not happen when I use google chrome to access the system or Edge. It is clearly Firefox mozilla issue. Nothing is set in my preferences to make scroll bar disappear.

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

I find that OneNote Web Clipper extension is not available for Firefox now. I'm sure it used to be. Why is it not available and is there a workaround to be able to use it still in FF? Windows 11.

I recently updated to FF 119.0.1. I am finding that URL completion in the address bar is kind of random. In FF 118 and earlier, URLs were completed predictably, and it was pretty clear that they were based on a) bookmarks and b) frequency of use. Now, it seems like the frequency info is lost every time I restart FF. In that case, I might expect that the URL offered would be from the oldest bookmark or maybe the first in alphabetical order or something predictable, but it isn't. It seems to me to be random, and it is very annoying.

Is this a new bug, or is there perhaps a new setting that I can change to stop the madness?

For relevant settings, I have:

 - Provide search suggestion: checked
 - When using address bar, suggest: browsing history and bookmarks are checked, nothing else
 - I'm using Custom History settings: Remember browsing and download history is checked, Clear history when Firefox closes is checked. 

I have used these settings for years in previous versions of FF, and there hasn't been a problem until now.
