I am running Linux version of Firefox. It has just upgraded itself - without any warning that logins and passwords would no longer be accessible The upgrade cannot read previous version of my profile, so I cannot access login and password from my old profile I have used Profile Manager, but it refuses to open my previous profile with the updated Firefox. How can I access my passwords from before this update?

Hi! Netflix used to work great in Firefox on my Mac OS X 10.11.6 macbook. Now I've been getting an error message saying "Looks like your browser is no longer supported" when trying to play video on Netflix and it won't play. I noticed that it self-updated a couple times over the last few days but these updates did not solve the problem. I'm hoping that this problem can be fixed so that I can keep watching Netflix on Firefox, as I find Chrome and other browsers are very slow and laggy compared to Firefox. Thanks :)

with the planed removal of FTP support from Firefox I am at my wits END... I cannot seem to get FileZilla to connect to ftp.mozilla.org what connection type should I select and WHAT port number am I suppose to be using? anonymous login is fine right?

Hi, I'd like to get rid of the status bar at the bottom left corner. I know it goes away and it seems impossible to remove. But is there any way to remove it? I add an image to show what I want to remove. Thanks in advance!

Is the Help menu the best way to submit feedback to Mozilla? Does anyone actually read it? I've submitted feedback that way before but it feels like no one saw it.

You don't even get a "sent" confirmation - all I get is a page saying something like "Your feedback will be used to improve Firefox", which doesn't confirm the feedback was sent!

I actually sent feedback about this last year, saying that the "sent" message should be clearer. But who knows if anyone saw it! LOL
