I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent service and the recent update introducing the integrated VPN feature.

I am writing on behalf of myself and many users residing in Iran. As you are likely aware, our internet environment is severely restricted, with all major social media platforms and communication services being heavily filtered. Accessing the open internet is virtually impossible without a reliable VPN.

In light of these conditions, I kindly request that you consider increasing the current 50 GB monthly limit, if feasible. Even a temporary increase for users in Iran would be immensely appreciated and would significantly assist us in staying connected.

Almost every time I launch Firefox, I'm interrupted by another update. Instead of getting straight to work, I have to deal with update downloads, installation prompts, or restart requests.

There is no reasonable way to disable this behavior. Even selecting "Check for updates, but let you choose to install them" doesn't help, because Firefox still interrupts me with update notifications.

Why can't users simply check for and install updates manually, without constant interruptions?

For a browser with such a small market share, Firefox is remarkably aggressive about imposing this intrusive UX on its users.

Please provide an option to completely disable automatic update checks and notifications. Let users decide when to update their own software.

I dont want this profile feature at all it's a complete and total nuisance so I deleted the only profile it had for me but now everything but my bookmarks are gone and I need my settings restored. How do I completely disable this nuisance so I never have to see this annoying color bar in my application menu again? All my settings are destroyed now.

Hi! I reached out on Friday and was sent a code that expired in 5 minutes, missed the deadline and had to leave the library. I updated Firefox to 155 and can't find my bookmarks. Also found that a Microsoft update included Goggle Chrome that I uninstalled. Please advise on getting my bookmarks back thank you. I only have 30 minutes left on line. The new update changed the Dark Mode Theme to include a color gradient on the tab row. This is quite distracting an I would like to know how to revert back to the plain, non color gradient Dark Mode Theme prior to the update.

The full error message is: "The procedure entry point ?WindowsBCryptinitialization@mozilla@@YA_NXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll."

After accepting that, I get another message that says: "Couldn't load XPCOM." Then, it just quits, with no Crash Reporter dialog.

I downloaded a fresh installer, but it takes a couple minutes to even launch, and then just sits there for a long time on the initial screen doing nothing before saying the installation failed. I've restarted my computer twice hoping it was a one-off issue, but there's no change.

According to the file information, xul.dll was last changed September 3rd, so it may not be the source of the issue. Perhaps whatever name mangling is responsible for the above entry point changed and now they don't match?

I have automatic updates set to "download but don't install", so it downloaded it a few days ago and I just restarted it this evening and the issue occurred. I could understand that maybe something got corrupted during the update, but I have no idea how the installer could also be failing.

This is killing my efficiency, I upload many files in the order i see fit, I select the folder, I upload the file, I open the link again to upload, it takes me to the same folder. Not anymore

Now, with every upload no matter what folder I am in it takes me to "Download" folder, this change just happened on 10-8-26. Open link to upload file, now it is defaulted "Download" folder, it used to be last folder used.

I dont have this issue when I upload in chrome.

My previous session is not clickable. All 50 or so tabs are gone!?? HELP! How do I restore a previous session w/ older tabs? (History doesn't show tabs from months and months ago).

Hi, I wrote about a month ago and didn't get help in recovering my lost bookmarks. I've spent the month looking at .JSONLZ4 files to see if there was anything there, nothing I could find. I've gone through all the suggestions and haven't found the bookmarks. I have limited time on line, and appreciate the volunteers' time in addressing this issue, any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Mark

On all my PC's, (Win 10 & 11) downloads go to the folder I specified even though "Always Ask" is checked. This results in hundreds of files (statements, receipts, documents of interest) that I have to then move to the correct folders and unimaginable congestion and chaos in the directory.

I (and many others) would really appreciate it if FF would give priority to fixing some of these longstanding glitches, rather than pushing unneccessary and unneeded glitz on us.

Firefox can’t connect to the server at legalfolder.sce.com. What can you do about it?

   Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly and try again in a few moments.
   Check your network connection.
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall).
