Windows 8.1 would not load last Wednesday, so I "refreshed" it using F10; which stated all files and apps would be retained (what a lie.) Most apps were disabled, or removed, and needed to be re-loaded, as well as about 200 updates which needed to be downloaded, and still being downloaded. When re-loading Firefox my previous bookmarks were not retained, although I think may have located them via a Microsoft remedy (Firefox remedies have been fruitless.) They are not not the old Firefox folder (my most recent entry was 2019,) and not in the places Firefox has suggested looking. I will backup my current 5 days worth of bookmarks, when all of the downloads are current, and try to download the Microsoft suggestion. My question is; why are they NOT automatically saved? And if somebody has a remedy for me please send it as I will not do anything with my bookmarks for a few days.

Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.

I'm getting warning emails (2 so far) that windows 8.1 will no longer be supported after I think the end of this year and that I should buy windows 11. Since I use firefox exclusively, does this warning affect me? I'm not very computer savvy and am not sure what is the relationship mozilla firefox to windows (I think it's microsoft windows). I guess this computer has windows 8.1 but I'm not sure. Also, awhile back, microsoft edge showed up on my laptop but I've never even opened it, not even sure what it is. Not sure exactly when but I bought this Asus laptop but it's been several years. Thank you very much for any instruction and/or advice you may be able to give me. Randy Boone. Started up Firefox this morning and was prompted for some updates and settings changes. Decided to skip those as there was something i wanted to do. Now I have no sound in Firefox, on any site. tested local files in VLC player and i have sound. even uninstalled and reinstalled my sound device. still no sound in Firefox. i do have sound in chrome. so it is a firefox issue. and 2 reboots have not resolved it. need to know what to check next ? please and thank you.

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

When I search for driving schools in my area; my driving school comes up with two stars. Several months back my 4.9 rating with over three hundred reviews would come up. Someone changed the way it is coming up and it's showing two stars with one review from Yelp? Please help me. This is not fair?

Hi, I receive every week a newsletter, where are listed special offers more info, etc. Firefox always blocks this page and redirect it to 404 page of this website. However, when I copy the same link from the newsletter and load it to Chrome, there is no problem. Here is the example: 'Actual Link: 'https://www.newsletter.reallusion.com/click.html?x=a62e&lc=K7G&mc=b&s=wm4&u=v&z=SOOKj4J& Result in Firefox: https://www.newsletter.reallusion.com/error404.html This is very annoying and makes me to want to switch to Chrome as a default browser unless there is an option in Firefox how to fix it.

Firefox just updated with version 100 and I've lost (or can't find) the option to restore my last session. What's up with that? I need help please.

Some web pages displayed by Firefox are dull and unreadable e.g., https://www.vedantalimited.com/eng/investor-relations-shareholder-information.php#scheme_arrangement I have not made any specific display setting, have tested with default settings and also change of themes, but the same dull output. see attached screenshots. The same looks fine under other (Opera) browser

I've been using FireFox for a long time. My account is installed on two computers. The operating system of one is windows 8.1 (from work) and the other is windows 10. (from home) On December 7 or 8, 2020, my login list was suddenly deleted while I was working on my account with windows 8.1. I turned SYNC back on, but I couldn't get any of my recordings.

When I opened the same Firefox on my windows 10 computer at home, my login list was erased in less than 5 seconds.

I followed all the procedures on your help page. My login list is automatically erased when SYNC is on. I tried many times. It automatically erased my login list that I created from backup every time SYNC is on.

I request your help from Mozilla and Firefox authorities and review my account if necessary. I would like to see and use my November 2022 login list the same way if possible.

I have just applied a firefox update, and I notice that I can no longer touch scroll the bookmarks dropdown menu with one finger, only with two. The single finger is set to select. Is there any way to change this and return to one finger scrolling of the dropdown menuu ? Thanks in Advance.
