When trying to save PDF's, firefox use to save each file as ex/ document, document(1), document(2) etc... now when trying to auto save it is making me input a name manually and won't automatically add the (#) to each file. How can i fix this?

I had this problem in april, and the fix was given (below) but the link no longer works. Problem started again with a recent update...

volume and sound will not work since latest updates 102.00. you tube videos and others will not play sound. Only found solution to uninstall and reinstall but still after some week same error occur.

Where I work I use a state corrections inmate search to get stats on our incoming prisoners. I used to be able to look up the name, get the stats, hit the back button and continue on to the next inmate. Recently when I hit the back button and enter the name, I get an error and have to go completely out of the corrections site and start again. I'll ad that this site does use the "I am not a Robot" security. I do not have this problem in Explorer. What happened? I'd prefer to use Firefox as it is much more secure. Thanks

Went to https://wisc.jobs/Pages/Welcome.aspx to apply for a job. When applying from Indeed to the State of Wisconsin, Firefox goes into a loop whereas the other browsers do not. Trying to click the button to apply for a job only works in other browsers.

I recently created a new profile in Firefox as I regularly do, as a consequence I found that the "Page Setup" menu option has been removed in a past release.

I can't fathom why this has been removed, I "print" plenty of PDF's and like to customise the Headers/Footers based on what I'm "printing".

Searching for a fix suggests either installing a 3rd Party Add-on or "hacking" the "about:config". This is not user friendly in the slightest for something that has been around for literal decades.

Forcing a user to install an Add-on or even go through "about:config" and set "print.show_page_setup_menu" to true is bonkers!

Please restore the "Page Setup" option as default, please don't remove it or stealth hide it.

One particular website that I login to frequently in Firefox suddenly stopped opening the login screen when I click "Login." It opens in Safari and Tor browsers, but not Firefox. How do I get the login screen to appear? I have disabled enabled Pop Up Windows for this site, but it still won't load the login screen. It works in Troubleshoot mode. What does that mean and how do I get it to load the login screen in normal mode?

I have MS One Drive. In the last week I cannot connect to it from my online Outlook mail page. I have tried using Edge and Chrome and it works fine on these browsers.

It seems that since the last update none of the available screen schemes / contrast schemes allow for me to see the input mask boxes. (Of course today with this support page there is an exception but....) I have wasted hours trying to read and adjust and end with only an attitude. HELP

M1 Mac, Macos 12.4

After installing Firefox 102.0 neither of my computers will open Reddit pages. As far as I can tell, all other sites appear to work normally and Reddit functioned before the Firefox update. I restarted Firefox, restarted my computers, deleted Firefox and Reddit history and cache ... nothing so far has solved the problem. Reddit works as expected in Safari.

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I am an author and sell my book through KDP Amazon. Firefox is my default browser but will not let me log in to KDP. No problem with other websites including Amazon.com When I open the KDP log in page it accepts my email address but the password button has a row of asterix right across the window. I cannot delete whatever is in there or change the password via the forgotten password route. Thus to sign in to KDP I have to use an alternate browser. With both Opera and Chrome I can sign in with no problems. I have added a screenshot of the KDP log in which illustrates the problem. Grateful for any solution to this irritation. Thanks, Paul

After my PC had a blue screen, I reinstalled Windows. Since I use Firefox Snc, I relied on it. Unfortunately, I had to realize that after reinstalling and successfully logging in to fIrefox sync, all my data is gone. He says that he has successfully syncronized, but all bookmarks are missing as well as the settings.

While using Firefox I am unable to access two of my online accounts, one for my VPN and one for my Credit Union. So I use Microsoft Edge to access these two websites with no issue. I get this security warning using Firefox: "Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.ftwccu.org. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

How do I change the background for all webpages to black with letters displayed as white. I have a vision problem which inhibits my ability to view letters on a white background.
