AOLattachments not opening

Since about 2 weeks ago many AOL attachments are not opening (pdf.s are but others eg Word not). I have read thru' previous messages on this (in 2021) but turning off enh… (மேலும் படிக்க)

Since about 2 weeks ago many AOL attachments are not opening (pdf.s are but others eg Word not). I have read thru' previous messages on this (in 2021) but turning off enhanced tracking has not fixed it. My attachments open in Edge and Chrome. Like others I would like to stay with Firefox but cannot live with this problem. Help please

I can play videos and audios on another browser or files stored on my computer, but just now I cannot on Firefox. I saw the FAQ explanation about Windows 7, but I have been using Firefox for years including just hours ago using Windows 7. Why would this happen right now? Did some new version just get installed? If so, can I return to the prior version and turn off the automatic update?

I clicked on something and it goofed up everything. There is a box that doesn't let me X out of so I shut down my computer but box is still there. I lost my original Firefox and I'd like to get it back.
