Firefox password support automatically interferred with an attempt to set up an account with a provider. How do I get that password and how do I prevent Firefox from automatically adding passwords without my permission?

Instructions on changing primary email address not helpful-prompted to access Accounts but profile displayed would not let me edit my primary email address. When attempted to add secondary address was notified that code was sent to my old email address was was compromised & deleted by security of my carrier Want to add new email address & add secondary email account. Assistance greatly appreciated

Please tell me how to STOP the annoying Total Ad Blocker advertisements that continually show up on my screen when I am using Firefox. It's COMPLETELY ANNOYING!!!!!! I do not want to purchase this software now or later, but I will stop using Firefox if there isn't a fix for this issue. Yes, I am THAT frustrated. Thanks Steph

Evening from Johannesburg. Please can someone advise as to when i will receive the verification email? I have tried numerous times and i am yet to get one email to action this. First attempt was 05th May. Another, today. I am still waiting and have checked all folders in the said email to use by yourselves.

How can the size of the icons, buttons, and toolbar bookmark fonts be adjusted to be bigger? They are tiny and I would like to have control over this but it seems like there is no way to do that, only within the pages.

I am using the latest firefox on a mac w/ catalina.

Google Chrome is closed and ive checked task manager to make sure that its not open in the background.

I choose my main account from google chrome and choose to import passwords and bookmarks and it says that it successfully imported it but my passwords and bookmarks are not showing up on mozilla.

Hi. How do I give permission to Firefox to open a webpage? There seems to be a firewall issue or something? Please provide the exact steps to allow a URL to be opened with my permission. I have completely separate bookmarks and bookmark toolbars on my work PC and home PC. I do log in on my home PC as to not lose my personal bookmarks and passwords. I accidentally logged into Firefox at work and it merged my bookmarks from my home PC. I logged out of Firefox on the work PC and removed the bookmarks that were imported from my home PC profile. I then tried to make a new account with my work email and login to sync on my work PC but it always says primary email needed and I'm stuck. I did go to about:profiles and add a work profile but that doesn't help me. I need to make a Firefox profile on my work PC with my work email address but the primary email thing gets me. Is there a way to do this with my current work PC bookmarks not lost? Thanks

I have a world icon on tool bar with a red triangle notification. when i press on it it says "Cant connect to application" check your configuration. It does not allow me to open either statement. What is this?

So I updated today as requested and now all the sites I had previously checked to allow pop ups etc on are no longer functioning.

What a massive waste of my time

When I type a term in the address bar or in any search engine...nothing. Links don't work from open pages. Typing a URL in the address bar doesn't work unless it's a site I've been to previously. It's very frustrating. Everything works fine in Chrome...and I hate Chrome.

I was busy logging in to Firefox (today's update) using my account and wished to store my login info, but the link upon login was a long useless address specific to the post-login screen and related to adding more devices. I opened a new tab but this was, apparently, a sticky login and the new tab was logged in as well. I logged out of that tab with the obvious (hindsight) effect of interrupting the previous tab/s.

Long story short, the immediate effect was the message in the subject line of this mail. Firefox locked my account and I need it unlocked.

The 100 release of Firefox turned half of my desktop web site shortcut icons to PDF icons. Why? And why only some? I have some URL shortcuts that I have no control over the icon (no change icon selection under properties). How do I get these changed back, other than redoing all the changed ones? Thanks, Wayne
