I have been using firefox for years. I went to medicare.gov this weekend and was unable to login. I have never had a problem using firefox to login to Medicare.gov. I called medicare and they only told me to clear history and cookies which I did OR use another browser. I am using a Mac and used Safari, but had to turn on Java script to login. I have turned off all addons. Looked at settings, but can not find why I can not use firefox to login to Medicare.gov

Suggestions!!!!!

Google notification to my cell phone asks. Your device is in use, is it you. press this key. sometimes the browser is immediately restored. Frequently there is a delay. All laptop operations are now routinely interrupted by screen blackouts when power is 80-100%

However can login to my Medicare account directly with Brave browser without any issue. Seems to suggest some fundamental problem/incompatibility with Firefox (102.4esr)

+ would think that starting in troubleshooting mode with all extensions disabled suggests some fundamental incompatibility/bug.

I think I accidentally changed the proxy settings on Firefox for Mac V. 106.0.1. I get an error message with most websites now, including all Google sites, stating

"Secure Connection Failed. An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." Even when I'm in Full Screen mode on my Mac, Firefox insists on putting a tab bar at the top of the page; how do I hide that tab bar? I've searched all over the settings and Internet to find an answer, but no luck in finding the answer.

The main idea of "Full Screen Mode" is to maximize the usable display area of the browser window. When I'm using Full Screen Mode, I am intentionally using just one URL. If I need a new window, then I'll get another Full Screen Firefox window (not a tab). This is an incredible waste of screen real estate, to have a single tab consuming an entire row... so irritating!

Firefox didn't used to do this; can you tell which older version that I can use that doesn't have this behavior?

When I try to forward a link from a webpage (using Firefox) it automatically sends it from my email address through Thunderbird. I'd like to switch the setting so it uses my Apple Mail email address. Is this possible?

Downloaded installer using Mac laptop. Failed. Copied installer to Mac Pro (mid 2010) 2 x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon. 10.13.6 Failed. Deleted installer on Mac Pro. when I'm in eBay I can not open links to "contact seller", "view other items" "visit store" This seemed to happen with one of the Firefox updates. I used to be able to click on these and open them up. This is driving me nuts. I can open them on Google Chrome or Safari.

I just "refreshed" firefox after it stopped loading all the websites. I then tried to isolate the problem, found out that there is no issues with my firefox and any of its add ons. But as soon as I add Chrome folder and a css to enable multirow bookmarks folder. No website launches. Just white screen. Anyone experienced the same?

Please help as I really need multirow bookmarks. Thank you.

Lately the last couple of months when I google search webpages then select them, Fire Fox doesnt bring up the article, Its been happening a lot and getting really irritating. So I bring up Google Chrome and it always brings up the article. SEE THE PICTURES. I use only Fire Fox as my browser, I keep Chrome around for when Fire Fox doesnt want to work properly. As you will see in the pictures the same website for both browsers. Fire Fox wont show the article no matter how many times I refresh the page or shut FF down, or reboot my MBP, but Chrome works perfectly every damned time. Why cant Fire Fox open the article but Chrome can? I need your help, any advice is greatly appreciated. SEE THE PICTURES.

Ever since upgrading to Firefox 107.0, I'm denied access to select website, some of which are corporate websites such as Nokia and others. The latest occurrence had the following reference no#:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.nokia.com/phones/support" on this server.

If I employ other browsers like Safari or Brave, I'm able to successfully access both this page and others which are restricted on Firefox. So, what might be causing this to happen? Firefox is my preferred browser, therefore I'd like to find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
