This is going to start out sounding like a Google problem, but please read the whole thing. I have a new Windows 11 Dell, and I normally run Firefox. When I wasn't able to attach a file to a gmail email I went to Google Account Help. It suggested that I delete cookies and cache, which I have now done several times. Now the problem is that I can't get to Gmail from Account Help. I have deleted everything that Firefox History will let me delete, and no matter how I try to get to it I cannot get to Gmail. It keeps me in Google Account Help.
Here's why I think I have a Firefox problem. In frustration I opened MS Edge. It let me get to Gmail, and it let me attach the file to my email. It seems to me that if I were having a Google problem, it wouldn't matter which browser I was in. As soon as it saw my email address it would put me in the same place. That's my reasoning anyway.

I have windows 11 pro 23H2 and latest Firefox installed. I have no keyboard attached to computer and when I touch the adress bar nothing happens, touch keyboard does not show up. I tried with 3 different computers. Edge and Chrome works and shows the touch keyboard. Any suggestions or is there a bug?

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data? Until very recently this worked well.... now there are two identical tabs opening the link and the switch to immediately does not work.
