Can Firefox do anything to recover all of the downloads I'd saved until I accidentally had CCleaner erase everything? I don't know what else was deleted, but getting them back would be a big help.

Firefox on Windows 11 has suddenly and without my apparent action started automatically hiding the tab bar and the address bar to give all the vertical space to the current tab. I do not like this (I have big monitors and I want those bars always visible)

How do I turn this one and why did it turn on in the first place?

I updated firefox through apt, and since then, have not been able to log into twitch I am on ubuntu 24

apt list --installed | grep firefox firefox/mozilla,now 144.0.2~build1 amd64 [installed]

Attempting to log in returns the generic "Your browser is not currently supported"

Bonjour, je ne peux plus me connecter à ma boite mail hotmail.com depuis la version 144.0.2 (64bits) de Firefox Je suis avec Windows 11 famille 64 bits - 24H2 et 25H2 (j'ai essayé avec les 2 versions) avec un compte local. Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. I have lost my tabs after the recent update. They used to show all tab groups in toolbar icon as mentioned here (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab-groups) in manage tabs section. Only the groups that were open are retained, the groups which were closed are lost. They contained important tabs which I haven't bookmarked. I didn't see any policy of removal of inactive tab groups after certain time, any help would be really appreciated. I use the desktop app on Linux.

All my Tabs Group have disappeared from the Tab Bar. I can see the Closed Tab Groups in the drop down but i can't find a way to re-open Closed Tab Groups. Any clues welcome. Running 146.0 and on the beta update channel.

Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.

Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.

Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

Recently updated to Windows 11 after Windows 10 stopped getting supported. After putting down several smaller issues on my own, I can encountered something I cannot fix on my own. Currently, I cannot detach, reattach, move tabs (With the exception of moving tabs with the right click menu). I could do all of these on Windows 10. I have already tried the browser.tabs.allowTabDetach setting in about:config to no success. I am starting to suspect it is a problem with windows versus a problem with Firefox because of an earlier bug where I couldn't move the windows entirely without enabling the Snap Windows function in my settings.

Is anyone else having problems with the latest version of Firefox not rendering Google Calender, Amazon.com and other websites?

Youtube does not work. It shows somekind of default page that is essentially blank. It does say: "Try searching to get started" and "Start watching videos to help us build a feed of videos you'll love."

But it will not respond when I attempt to search anything.

Hello, Since the update on 24 June 2025, bookmarks are displayed in black text on a black background. Is this normal? If not, how can I resolve the issue? I had set it to dark mode, but even when I switched back to light mode, nothing changed. I would appreciate help from the community or Mozilla if anyone has a website address to contact them. Hallo, ich arbeite gerne mit geöffneter Sidebar und bisher (bis Firefox-Version: 139.0 waren sowohl die Ordner der Sidebar, wie auch die in Ordnern abgelegten Webseiteneinträge immer in weißer Farbe (vor dunklem Hintergrund). Jetzt nach dem Update von Firefox auf Vers.: 140.0 ist der Hintergrund der Sidebar 'dunkelgrau' und die Schrift der Ordner und Webseiteneinträge sind in schwarzer Farbe, sodaß man diese nicht mehr richtig sehen kann; lediglich die Icon's der Webseiteneinträge sind in der entsprechenden Farbe/Logo der Webseite korrekt zu sehen. Liegt das jetzt am Update von Firefox 139.0 auf 140.0 ?? Die Sidebar war bis gestern noch korrekt und lesbar dargestellt !!

Using Firefox on Windows 11 I cannot access DocuSign files. I need to send a form to an on-line bank and want to use the DocuSign function. When I click on that option on the site all that displays on the screen is DOCUSIGN but the feature doesn't show. I tried turning off security addons such as Privacy Badger and Ghostery but that didn't help. I can get to the feature using Edge but I really don't like using that. Is there a setting that I've missed that may cause the disconnect?

The generic DocuSign site it https://powerforms.docusign.net/. Any other details in the URL I used refer to my bank and the account, so I am not including that information.

I found this file on my desktop. File type is Firefox HTML Document. Size 1KB. I've never noticed this before and wonder it I should delete it, move it, or what. Anything to worry about? I haven't opened it.
