Firefox Mozilla keeps popping up on the side of my computer asking for payment and I know this isn't right but asking you if this is a Scam Alert or is Firefox really asking me for a payment

Since yesterday on Facebook I can't see the time a post was written like I always had and like it happensa for example on Chrome, does this is happening to others?

My firefox is presenting some malfunction on many features that are not working as they should. I tried to updated to it the last version to solve. It did not work. So I tried to restore it. which should work as I dont think its problems has to do with cookies or saved personal info. It did not work as well. So here some of the problems:

1- My firefox's home page is suppose to show my most visted sites. But it shows only empty/blank space. (image ) 2- I cant add any extension to my toolbar. They simply dont appear when I try to edit it. 3- I cant remove/edit any favorites (changes are not applied). 4- Some extension are just not working. for no reason. Betterttv for example. (Tried to reinstall, reset permission. ). they were working normally before. 5- autofill are not working. Does not show the options.

All this does not make any sense to me. As I've tried to solve restoring the firefox. Only cookies, passwords and personal info should have being kept and I dont think they are the cause of all this. I dont wanna to fully clean reinstall it as there are many logins, passwords and other info saved that I dont even remember. In additon it does not make any sense to me at all.

Etrade website, and that website only, loads normally but then freezes. Other sites are fine and Etrade works fine with Edge. Windows 11 latest update. I've tried clearing cache and cookies to no avail.

FireFox continues to provide no easy solution to the ever decreasing font size in menus and toolbars. This is an accessibility issue and FireFox fails. Yes, I can increase text font size of displayed webpages, but this doesn't address the more profound issue of font size in the browser itself (menu and toolbar text). This has been a known issue for years. The only solution offered is writing code, which is no solution at all.

Each and every time you install an upgrade on Firefox, your profile vanishes. So I questioned on how to save my profile and I found a nasty solution where you have to close Firefox because of a stupid empty file named parent.lock which happen to be empty on the 2 cases I checked. I did not sniff in the restore constraints yet... What a mess ! Looking at the frequency the Firefox's upgrade arrives, it would be advisable to automatically preserve the user's parameters. Alternately it would be a good thing to have a save/restore function for Firefox's parameter.

After an update from mozilla my credit union statements would not open or save. They do open on MIcrosoft Edge. There are other sites that open pdfs correctly with Firefox. The Credit Union IT said The government is requiring them to be more secure and they recommend I change browsers which I do not want to. There is no apparent error code or message. Just searching for a solution.

I have just got a new laptop which I am setting up. I want to sync Firefox accounts. The main email for Firefox was deleted by BT when I moved to BT residential from Business (I had no choice) I have ended up with a new account because of this and can't sync my computers as the older one has the old non existent email and the new one has the new email! I am on a Apple Silicon MacMini M1 ARM running the latest Mac OS of Ventura. why does Firefox think I am on an Intel machine under Mac OSx 10.15 when I am on Mac OS Ventura? I assume that Mozilla does not have a ARM version or is this a configuration issue? Or is there a different issue at play here?

When designing in Indesign, I go to Adobe Fonts.com to activate fonts that I want to use. All the font's look the same as default. How do I get the font to display on Firefox browser. Fonts do display correctly when I use Safari.

Hi there. I'm using Windows 10. Recently, I have noticed that pressing Ctrl+F4 doesn't close a Firefox tab for me anymore. Ctrl+W does close the current tab, but my muscle memory is for Ctrl+F4 and I'd like to figure out why it quit working.

Since some days I can't upload or download anything using Firefox. Right-click on an image and click "download" - nothing happens. Right-click on a web page and click "Save Page as" - nothing happens. Try to upload a file to DropBox or Google Drive - no popup appears, no error message, no response whatsoever. Opening the downloads list in the browser and trying to open the folders where I had previously downloaded things (when downloading was still working) also has no effect - the folder does not open on the desktop.

So apparently the problem is some kind of broken interaction between Firefox and Ubuntu (Nautilus?)

Downloading and uploading works normally with wget and Chromium.

Steps already tried: - Resetting all browser data - Refreshing the browser - Activating troubleshooting mode

I've been using Firefox for year, but since about last week I've developed an issue where I can't use Soundcloud. As soon as I go on the website, there's about a 5-second wait, while it tries to load, before it crashes the browser and I have to restart it.

I've tried switching off all my ad-blockers, etc. but that hasn't worked. I have Privacy Badget, Disconnect, AdBlock and AdBlock Plus.

I've just noticed that the website works on Private browsing mode.

I love Firefox, but Soundcloud is the website I visit the most, so in a bit of a predicament. Anyone have any suggestions?
