This example should be straightforward, as you can see the title bar on the bottom has a dark blue color from the source app (Tusky) while the navigation bar is white. On Tusky the navigation bar is the same dark blue as the title bar.

I'm not sure if Android allows getting the color of the source app's navigation bar, but anything could be better than a pure white one especially when the title bar is put on the bottom. I suggest Firefox to use either 1. Same color as the title bar 2. A slightly darker version of title bar color.

I use the Firefox app for Android on a regular basis.

For a long time I have found one unpleasant problem with tabs, when I open a new tab and notice that the remaining 107 old tabs are open, I cannot close all tabs except the current one. I can close all tabs, but the current one will close too. Sometimes I have to look for a link in the browsing history after that, it can takes several minutes. It would be convenient, in addition to the inactive tabs section, to be able to simply close everything except the current one.

Maybe there is already such a function without using third-party mods on Firefox?

Hi, let me describe my problem:

I enabled pull to refresh gesture function and until recently it worked great. But I noticed odd behavior recently: To activate pull to refresh, one should "pull from top", right? But if I just drag from middle to top to just scroll through website, it refreshes as if I pull from top.

This happens only when I moved to new pages. For example, I clicked a post in reddit to open that post >> the post opens, I try to scroll the page to see post comments >> and boom the page refreshes. After that this won't happen in the same page.

I hope to find solution and currently disabled pull to refresh.

When I visit new website, browser shows prompt :Add to home screen, it is so irritating, I hope firefox team will look in to it,when user need, user will add website to home screen, there is no need for it.

I honestly don’t khow to describe this, but when I open YouTube, there’s a random chance for it to redirect me to the YouTube app and to add insult to injury, signs me out of the YouTube site on Firefox too… I have no idea how to fix this, I tried everything I could think of

Hey guys! so, for background, I'm using Firefox Beta on a Galaxy tab.

I have this thing when I use the browser in Multi Window and try to highlight a text by tap holding it. the pop-up menu (where you have options such as copy/cut and select, etc.) doesn't really show. this only happens to me on Firefox. what's up with that?

also, tapping a word twice doesn't select it even when I'm not using Multi Window... what's up with that?

Using android firefox latest. I just have a suggestion. I'm using the browser with the url bar and buttons on.the bottom of the screen, to be better reachable with my thumb. Now when I long press a link the popup with the options list appears in the middle of the screen, making me reach quite high/using both hands. If it appeared on the bottom it would be more comfortable to use.

After I had changed the system wide font on my android, random fonts appear in all the websites that do not have custom website fonts.

The fonts work properly on chromium based browsers but this seems to be an issue with firefox. I had previously changed a setting in about:config to fix it but now I cannot find it.

After installing a shortcut to a website that stages as an app through the Firefox Android app (Samsung 6.0, Android 14) when using said shortcut, if entering any text box the keyboard will pop up and rapidly close and open, making it unable to use. This problem happens on any text box, and with any keyboard. I'll attach a youtube link of a screen recording as well as a gif, though it's rather difficult to see the entire problem through a gif. Can you tell me why when I went to launch the app when I saw that the logo was fc written in white on a pink background? It went away after I launched the app and exited it again.

Why won't web pages show in dark mode and are still white. So far the only browser I have seen that will also darken a web page is the standard Samsung browser. Love Firefox on my computer but on a tablet the darkening of web pages from the bright white is crucial. How can this be fixed?

The "pull to refresh" is overly sensitive. It triggers almost as soon as I touch the screen to scroll, it usually occurs when I attempt to scroll right after a page loads.

The keyboard when using Firefox Android on my Galaxy S24+ suddenly disappears then starts opening and closing and eventually I'm left with the a blank space where the keyboard sits but I can type on the blank area and the keyboard responds with characters. Eventually I have to repeatedly close Firefox Android to get it to operate correctly. Clearing the keyboard app (Samsung) seems to help.

I had my homepage setup on my old phone with firefox and the Ustart homepage but when I tried to do the same thing on my new phone There is no place to enter it like the used to be

Surely I'm not the only one, when I try to paste in to a field in firefox 122.01 stock android 13, the paste buttons disappears almost immediately after you long press on a text field. Maybe 1 time in 3 it works ok.

Also, does anyone else have an issue with accessing facebook in firefox? Most times you try to type in a text box, it appears under the on-screen keyboard.

I have been using Firefox for Android Beta for several years in various phones. I recently bought a new phone and the browser no longer shows an option to "Quit" when I touch the three dots on the right side of the search bar. As a result, some websites stay connected after the browser is closed. When I restart the browser I am still logged in to the websites. How can I change this?
