I use Thunderbird for 18 email accounts and I have the "Inbox" of each of them in the "Favorite Folders" list. I would like to put them in the order of my preference, e.g. ones I use most on top of those I use seldom. It seems like I ought to be able to just click and drag them into order, but that doesn't work. How can I do that?

Firefox is synced on all my computers. Same version. Same extensions. I can't login on my primary desktop as of last night 5/23/24. I can login/watch Prime on my laptop. My desktop gives me the attached error.

Shoot!! I just filled this out, and somehow, it reverted me back to This screen again!! I am not a programmer or IT Guy. What I am is a person that is Very alert to sudden changes in my experiences. I retired 14 years ago, as a Manager in a Manufacturing industry. Very familiar using desktop. For some reason, about a couple weeks ago, some of my sites have begun using google adds, over and over. When I click on the "X", wants to know why, etc. I use Malware Bytes, scans every day. Does NOT discover any malware, but I KNOW something has changed to allow the bombardment! Is it possible it's just a single site that I had to change and log in to? Even if so, WHY doesn't Malware stop them? Should I try a system restore to weeks ago? I am on here Every day.so I'm pretty cognizant of changes! ADVICE PLEASE!! Bruce Pierce

When I try to download messages on one of several POP3 accounts I get the error message Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. and it keeps downloading the last message I received before the problem started.

I have tried repairing the folder, clearing cache and even turning off my anti-virus for Thunderbird but to no avail. No problems on my other accounts

Hi I'm using speed dial 2 on Firefox desktop. On Firefox Android I have not this possibility to set custom dials/sites on Start page and new tabs. When I try to use the built-in function I see pages from history. It's a big must and huge update to integrate a facility like this.

Everytime I open Firefox a new window opens suggesting I add the AVG extention, when I do I get a notification that AVG does not support that extention for Firefox. Why is the nonsupported extention being recomened

I had implement service worker for install resources and activate service worker and fetch the resources at offline.

When online service worker worked and once serve the resources to the cache then it will be stooped automatically

but when offline service worker block the local host and can not cache resource from cache. I am using firefox

126 version on window 11 system

Any settings are required or help me what will do for offline working in firefox using service worker

tryed V115b6 did not like it, what hidden files did it change ?? I recopied TB V88, Library files from backup and still get Welcome to TB page to setup my email  :-(  :-( Pls Msg me at [removed phone# and email from public support forum], HELP

My @gn.apc.org (IMAP) inbox has a limited capacity to display, to keep important email. They simply drop-off the list. It currently saves only today's emails. This cannot be correct. I have attached a timeline. Appreciate some info & advice

I use Thunderbird for mail.cablespeed.com email accounts as well as a gmail account. The last few days all outgoing messages on the cablespeed accounts do not go, instead I get this error message:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: [VO-1] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.. Please check the message and try again.

What is happening? What can I do about it? Tech support (such as it is) from Astound Broadband, the current owner of cablespeed, says that they have ended the use of all 3rd party email clients...without notification. They want me to use their web email. My contacts are on Thunderbird, my email folders are on Thunderbird. What a headache. The gmail account works as it should on Thunderbird.

This is new. What can I do?

"Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again." I've tried every combination and still can't send emails. Optus insist that their issues have been resolved. Please help.

Hello, I was using Firefox to read my email at privateemail.com. When I attempted to save one of the emails to my Macbook (using an option in the window displaying the email), Firefox launched Apple Mail on my MacOS system. Apple Mail opened up with the email in one of its windows.

That is not the way it worked in the past. When picking "save to computer" in the web-mail interface, Firefox would open a SaveAs dialog box and allow me to directly save the mail to my computer.

I tested this behavior using Safari instead of Firefox, and that behaved as I expected. That is, Safari opened a SaveAs dialog box for me to use.

Is there a configuration parameter that was changed in a recent Firefox update? I am running FF 126.0 on MacOS 14.4.1.
